Finding the Order
- Log into your Shopify account
- Using the menu on the left hand side of your screen, select 'Orders'
- Select the order that you need to cancel
- The order must not display as paid, if it does then you will need to refund the customer.
Cancelling the Order
- Now that you have selected the specific order you would like to cancel, the detailed page of the order will appear.
- Select the button titled 'more actions' located at the top of the page.
Drop down menu
- Now that you have selected 'more actions' a drop-down menu will appear where you can select 'cancel order'
- Once you have selected 'cancel order' the order will be cancelled and the process is complete.
